Sales and Service Executive
for our plant in Chakan.
Please find below the JD for the same.
• Process orders via email or phone, prepare and share quotations with clients.
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Develop monthly sales reports.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
• Stay up to date with new products and features.
• Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
* Knowledge and working experience on SAP is a must.
* Must have experience of handling warranty activities after sales.
* Knowledge and experience about form 21,22 and 22A will be an added advantage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to work within a team.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Superb work ethic and a growth mindset
4. Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
5. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
6. Understanding of sales performance metrics
7. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
8. A team player with high level of dedication
9. Ability to work to strict deadlines.
10. Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
11. Qualification - B.Com/BE-Mech/PGDBM - Sales and Marketing
12. Experience - 3 to 5 Years.
