Job Description
- To design injection molding and DFM with capable for doing R & D also.
- Concept design and Production Drawing Creation of plastic moulds for home appliances and engineering components with DFM.
- Creative ability to evolve innovative solutions while developing new Products.
- Drafting, Detailing, surfacing & modification using Auto cad and Unigraphics. To study feasibility report of product
- Mold concept finalization & Material ordering, checking and releasing of Designs with BOM.
- Sample inspection and Design modifications.
- Preparation of lay out, mold base, mold split, material procurement, detailing and assembly of drawings of injection mold
- Knowledge of mold designing with split core, cavity and lifters, sliders & other mechanisms.
- Attend the design reviews in customer end & take approval for design.
- Plan & Define Timeline for all new development projects
- Giving guide lines for manufacturing team.
- Trouble shooting in injection moulds trial
